FOR PRE-CONSULTATION

In order to properly plan your online consultation and your treatment process, our patient coordinator will contact you after receiving your form submission. She will ask for some health-related questions, test results, scans (such as X-ray, MRI, etc.), and/or reports, depending on the type of treatment you’ve requested. This step is the pre-consultation process for your case. We have prepared a video explaining how the process works in detail.

A pre-consultation is an initial discussion or assessment to discuss your health concerns, medical history, and any specific needs or questions you might have. This step helps in creating a personalized treatment plan.
To schedule a pre-consultation, please fill out the callback form. Provide your contact details and a brief description of your health concerns. Our patient coordinator will get back to you to schedule your appointment.

If you have any specific preferences or requirements (like a preferred date or time for the call), mention those as well. You don’t need to give any sensitive information in the form at this step.
During the call, a healthcare professional will discuss your health concerns, ask about your medical history, and answer any questions you have. Please note that blood tests, imaging and scans may also be requested depending on the treatment you request. This conversation will help us understand your needs and start crafting your treatment plan.
The call typically lasts between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of your health concerns and the questions you have. If you have an alternative communication preference such as WhatsApp or e-mail other than calling, we kindly ask you to indicate this in the form.
Yes, all the information you provide is confidential and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and medical confidentiality standards.
After the pre-consultation, our team will develop a personalized treatment plan based on the information discussed. We will schedule a online consultation appointment with the related doctor to go over the plan in detail and make any necessary adjustments.
Yes, if you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time.
Both pre-consultation and doctor consultation are free of charge.
