The deposit payment which has been received for making certain of your reservations (doctor examinations, hospital/clinic, operating room, hotel and transfers) related to the medical package you’ve been offered and the amount would be €100 (min.) and €500 (max.).

You’ll be refunded in case of you’ve decided to cancel your reservation by informing us 1 week (7 days) before your scheduled operation date.
